Purushothamudu is a family entertainer with strong content, say Makers
Raj Tarun is playing the hero in Purushothamudu, which is produced by Dr. Ramesh Tejawat and Prakash Tejawat on a huge budget under the banner of Shree Sridevi Productions. Hasini Sudhir is getting introduced as a heroine with this promising film. Ram Bhimana, who is known as a talented director thanks to ‘Akathayi’ and ‘Hum Tum’, is wielding the megaphone. An ensemble cast features in this one: Prakash Raj, Murali Sharma, Ramya Krishna, Brahmanandam and Mukesh Khanna, among others, have important roles. The film’s Teaser was released at an event in Hyderabad.
Hero Raj Tarun began his speech by thanking the media and guests. He praised producer Ramesh. “He spent enough money for the movie and made sure that the output was superb. I have a good understanding with our director Ram Bhimana. Our views are in alignment. Our coming together is a good omen. We will announce the release date formally after the censor formalities are completed,” Raj Tarun added.

Producer Dr. Ramesh Tejawat said, “I thought of making a film 30 years ago. When the director Ram Bhimana told us the story of this movie, we immediately liked it and started the production. My name was on the screen but my brother Prakash, my wife and children took care of the production activities thoroughly. They did everything from talking to big artists to execution. Director Ram has given his all for this movie. Even if there was an accident, he came to the shoot and took care of everything. Our heroine showed utmost dedication towards her debut. She had a fever of 102 degrees and yet participated in the shoot. Raj Tarun was very supportive. We believe that we have made a good movie. We hope you will be well received in the theatres. Director Ram Bhimana said, “It is a happy thing when a film overcomes many difficulties and gets completed. After making two films, when the third film was designed on a big canvas, the pandemic struck. Our producers, Ramesh garu and Prakash garu, came my way as if they were sent to me by angels. To me, they are Indra and Chandra. I can’t forget the support they gave to the film. They didn’t think about the budget. Big artists were ensured. Gopi Sunder, PG Vinda, Marthand K Venkatesh have worked on our movie. Raj Tarun is a dedicated artist. He and I shared the perfect chemistry on set.
